After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji (Sohra) to start the day’s adventures. Visit Nohkalikai Falls, the tallest plunge waterfall in India, then explore the fascinating limestone formations of Mawsmai Cave. Stop by the Seven Sisters Falls viewpoint to take in the breathtaking scenery. Enjoy the stunning landscapes and misty hills of Cherrapunji before settling in for an overnight stay.

Start the day with an early morning drive to Dawki, near the India–Bangladesh border, and enjoy boating on the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Explore Mawlynnong Village, celebrated as the cleanest village in Asia, and, for those seeking adventure, trek to the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat. Return to Shillong by evening for an overnight stay.

Luggage allowances are determined in accordance with the specific regulations set forth by the respective transportation provider, whether it be a vehicle service or an airline. Any items classified as excess or oversized beyond the permitted limits may incur supplementary fees, which will be applied in addition to the standard fare.
4. Safety & Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain proper discipline, adhere strictly to the instructions provided by the guide, and show respect toward fellow travelers at all times. Any form of misconduct or inappropriate behavior may lead to the immediate termination of services without the possibility of a refund.
5. Health & Fitness
It is essential to confirm that you are in adequate physical condition prior to undertaking the trip, particularly if it involves high-altitude environments or demanding adventure activities. Proper fitness preparation will help ensure both safety and an enjoyable experience.
6. No Smoking or Drinking
The consumption or possession of tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, and illegal substances is strictly prohibited while traveling in any vehicle.
7. Unforeseen Situations
Delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, or government-imposed restrictions. While our team will make every effort to provide assistance in such situations, any alternative arrangements will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Insurance
We highly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to ensure protection against medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, accident coverage, and other unforeseen circumstances. The company assumes no responsibility for expenses resulting from situations that are typically covered by travel insurance policies.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking experience, please read our booking policy carefully:

1.   Reservation Confirmation:
A booking will be deemed confirmed solely upon receipt of the required advance payment. Once the payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation email or message containing all package details will be sent.
2.   Advance Payment:

An advance payment of 60% is required to confirm the booking, followed by 30% to be paid prior to the commencement of the tour, and the remaining 10% to be settled during the tour.   

3.   Travelers Information:
Guests are required to furnish precise personal information, including their full name, contact number, valid identification proof, travel dates, and any specific requirements.
4.   Prices & Availability:
All prices are contingent upon availability and are subject to change depending on factors such as the season, the category of the hotel, the mode of transportation, and the specific inclusions offered.
5.   Changes to Booking:
Any changes to the travel dates, hotel accommodations, or itinerary will be contingent upon availability and may incur additional charges.
6.   Failure to Pay:
Failure to remit the remaining balance by the specified due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking in accordance with the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
