Bir Billing Paragliding is one of the most famous adventure activities in India. Located in Bir and Billing in the Kangra Valley, it is known as one of the best paragliding sites in the world.
The take-off point is Billing (about 2,400 m altitude) and the landing site is Bir village (about 1,400 m). The activity offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains, green valleys, and Tibetan monasteries.
Bir Billing also hosted the Paragliding World Cup 2015, which increased its global popularity among adventure travelers.
